The admission at Alipurduar Government Engineering and Management College (AGEMC) is strictly on the basis ofthe WBJEE examination and the students would be admitted through the counselling process conducted in phases by The Joint Entrance Board.

Documents to be submitted for verification during admission:

  • Madhyamik or equivalent admit card/birth certificate for verification of date of birth.
  • Madhyamik or equivalent mark sheet.
  • Higher seconary or equivalent mark sheet.
  • OCI certificate as per WBJEE format (only for oci candidate).
  • West bengal domicile certicate as per wbjee format, if applicable.
  • Rank card of wbjee 2024.
  • Provisional seat allotment letter.
  • Respective category certificate as per WBJEE notification, if applicable (for sc/st/obc-a/obc-b candidates).
  • PWD certificate as per WBJEE notification, if applicable (for PWD candidates).
  • TFW certificate as per WBJEE format, if applicable (for TFW candidates)

Note

OCI CANDITATE MEANS OVERSEAS CITIZEN OF INDIA CARD HOLDER i.e., WHO WAS A CITIZEN OF INDIA AT THE TIME OF, OR AT ANY TIME AFTER THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION.

TFW MEANS TUTION FEE WAIVER, i.e., THE ANNUAL INCOME SOURCE OF THE STUDENTS HAS TO BE LESS THAN Rs. 2.5 LACS PER ANNUM.
